”Narelle is very professional, yet laid back and it’s clear that she loves animals. She went above and beyond with our dogs, arranging for our vet to make a house call, once she determined that one of our dog’s skin condition had worsened. She also made sure that our dog received all his medicines and even bathed both of them-which was not expected! Her videos of the dogs were adorable and helped to put us at ease while we were away. In addition, Narelle took excellent care of our home, worked to coordinate with our cleaning people and ensured that we came back to a clean house and clean linens. I would not hesitate to have Narelle care for our fur babies and our home again. In fact, I hope she can in the future! Our dogs were really spoiled by her.”
